I would like to preface this post by saying, “I AM NOT A BAKER”. I do not have the time or the patience. I would say (humbly) that I am a good everyday cook and enjoy it greatly but I have not acquired the skill of baking. It can be hard to find a bread that is clean off the shelves. I have finally came up with the perfect bread maker recipe after many failed attempts. I make this once maybe twice a week as my family of 5 needs. I usually try to wait a day or two after we are out before making a new loaf and one 1.5 lbs loaf makes about 4-5 sandwiches. Too much bread even healthy bread is not good for you. With that being said we are not perfect we just do our best to switch out our unhealthy vices and make them healthy.
